This full day tour allows you to discover the famous archaeological excavations of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
Pompeii was destroyed by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking through its streets you will admire villas decorated with frescoes, the Amphitheatre, the Forum, temples, baths and Roman houses preserved for centuries.
The second stop is Herculaneum, buried under a lava flow that hardened into rock, preserving wooden elements, furniture and daily-life objects in an extraordinary way. This makes Herculaneum one of the most fascinating archaeological sites in the world.
