Excursion in Sorrento and Amalfi Coast

With this excursion you will admire two of the most famous Italian tourist destinations: Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.

Sorrento is the symbol of the Sorrento Peninsula with its lively historic center on the coast, the panoramic views, the crystal clear waters, the enchanting gardens and the citrus groves, the local architecture and the monuments. In Sorrento we will visit the famous museum Correale, the Cloister of San Francesco near the Villa Comunale from where you can admire the Gulf of Naples, the beaches, and the shopping streets where you can buy some souvenir like Limoncello bottles or handmade inlaid wood objects.

On the Amalfi Coast you can discover one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. Positano is an ancient seaside, one of the most popular resorts on the Amalfi Coast with its white houses, the wide range of coloured garden and the spectacular blue sea. It is called also 'the vertical town' as its building are one close to the other; the heart of Positano is Spiaggia Grande one of the largest and most popular beaches on the coast.
Amalfi is a famous holiday resort. In Amalfi you can see the romantic and magnificent Cathedral of Saint Andrew that preserves treasures from different eras like the cloister. The historic center is a maze of alleys and stairways with sea view. Behind the coast there is then Ravello known as the city of music with many churches and palaces. Ravello offers amazing views like the landscapes that you can admire from the garden of Villa Rufolo or from the Infinity Terrace of Villa Cimbrone.
